We are a Design/Build renovation firm. EXPERIENCE

Our 30+ years of experience in the construction and custom home building industry, attention to detail and access to unique resources assist us to complete projects beyond most expectations. We continue to expand our experience by regulary reviewing design and building trade publications, attending trade shows, and consulting with fellow industry professionals which promotes the sharing of new ideas, trends and designs for creative spaces.

DESIGN

We provide unique and interesting design solutions for a variety of owner requested applications. We include LED lighting, BLUM hardware, custom cabinetry, local and rare materials, unique stone counters and tile, high quality plumbing fixtures as well as designer lighting.

COMMUNICATION

Many of our projects occur while clients are off-island, utilizing email, photos, phone and fax for comprehensive communication during the process.

Our personal passion is directed towards being environmentally friendly. During the remodeling process, whenever possible we reuse existing materials, donate used materials to Habitat for Humanity's Re-Store and others, and recycle unusable materials at Eco Compost, SOS Metals, and Aloha Glass Recycling as much as possible, utilizing the landfill as a last resort. We are constantly seeking new energy saving and water reducing alternatives to present to our clients. Often times these options actually cost less over time offering quality and value.
